Jody - Manager
Jody has been a member of our support team since 2008. Her smile and her warm personality will make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. Jody uses her contagious energy supporting our front desk and guiding both our staff and you our guest during your visit. Her dedication and commitment to hairdesign by AVANTGARDE had earned her the Manager Position of our Vanderbilt Location. We are delighted to have her on board!

Janet - Stylist
Born into a family of professionals, Janet grew up being a perfectionist. She had been a successful stylist for 18 years specializing in Goldwell color and precision haircutting, when Janet decided to join hairdesign by Avantgarde in 2003.
Her expertise is to find the best style, cut and color based on your individual hair type. Regardless of your hair color or style dilemma, Janet has the experience, skill and personality to create "exactly" what you are looking for.
She makes sure to spend the extra time to train you to duplicate what she does in the salon so you can do it yourself at home.

Sharon - Stylist
Through long efforts and coercion we were finally able to steal her from one of the finer salons in North Naples and made her one of our treasures at hairdesign by AVANTGARDE. Being a service provider for over 20 years Sharon has mastered her skills and knows how to attend to her guests. Sharon enjoys pleasing her guests with her wide range of hair techniques and custom hair color, whether you desire a classic cut or edgy style.

Kerri - Stylist
Kerri has been in the beauty industry for 17 years and was a salon owner for seven years in North Carolina, before relocating to Naples five years ago. With her expertise and passion for color, Kerri became a certified Goldwell Color Specialist and has mastered in all aspects of dimensional color, foiling techniques and also her long layered cuts are outstanding. Kerri’s creativity has given her the tools and education necessary to build a large following. Kerri is certified in the “Marcia” Brazilian Keratin Treatments. Kerri is dedicated to helping guests look and feel their best. With her calm and down to earth personality she finds the right approach to let her clients feel special.

Amy - Make-Up Artist & Estethician
Amy…is our Facial Specialist and Make - up Artist. She moved from New Hampshire to Naples to attend the Florida Academy of Massage and Skincare to further her career as an Esthetician and received her license in 2000. Amy’s nurturing spirit carries over into her work within the skincare of her guests. She is knowledgeable in all skin care treatments which also include “Chemical peels, Acne treatments, Collagen treatments, Microdermabrasion, waxing and more.
As an accomplished Make-up artist, specializing in Wedding and Evening make-up, it was her to introduce our Skincare Line " INTAGLIO" and the Mineral Make-up Line “JANE IREDALE” to our spa.
Amy looks forward to giving each and every guest a unique personalized experience whether it is with a pampering facial suited to your specific skin care needs or the perfect make-up to keep you looking your best. It is a must to feel her creditably touch!

Angela - Stylist
After graduating from Continental Academy of Hair Design in 1990 Angela was quick to pursue her dream of making people smile with her artistry. During the 20 years of experience and training in styling and Goldwell color Angela has mastered her craft, specializing in multi dimensional foils, peek a boo colors and gray coverage. Angela also excels at men’s cuts and curly hair. Angela‘s friendly personable manner, her styling wizardry and calm caring demeanor to relax her clients, has built her a large following of satisfied guests over the years.

Michelle - Nail Technician
Michelle joins our team bringing 20 years of experience with her. She specializes in spa quality natural nail manicures and pedicures. Michelle is very thorough, gentle and very adamant about giving each client the best treatment possible. Giving a Pedicure she feels rewarded in making your feet soft, smooth, and pretty. Enjoy your relaxation time with Michelle as you get your hands and feet ready for the summer! Michelle's nurturing spirit carries over into her work within the nail care of her guests. She has a passion for her work that far surpasses others.

Shari - Manager
Our highly dedicated Salon manager started her career as a nail technician 20 years ago in New York. Her love of art has helped her develop and create uniquely new techniques of nail enhancements and natural nail care. A true master in her field, Shari specializes in all aspects of nail care including French manicure.
When Shari joined hairdesign by Avantgarde three years ago, it was her who helped incorporating the nail division into Avantgarde.
She is a bundle of positive energy and all around her can't help but smile.

Sabine - Stylist
Born, raised and certified in Germany, Sabine moved to the United States two years ago to join the team of hairdesign by Avantgarde as an Instructor. Operating her own salon in Germany for over 10 years she has mastered in killer short haircuts, razor and textured cuts. During her 20 years in the beauty industry she has archived her Master diploma degree and has won many awards in Germany. Sabine’s specialties also include multi -dimensional color and foiling techniques, extraordinary blow dry finishes and Men’s cutting. Sabine’s philosophy of caring for her clients is simple; "I love giving hair the dimension, pop and sparkle that it deserves".

Angelo - Stylist
Angelo is a former salon owner of 7 Salons in New Jersey. Angelo has been a licensed cosmetologist for over a decade, specializing in color correction and natural, subtle looks for hair color. He uses facial analysis techniques that by illusion change a customer’s facial features for the better. Very knowledgeable and professional Angelo has been working for and with many international color companies throughout his years. For him it is important that his guests leave with a smile.

Nicole - Stylist
Nicole is a patient and talented artist with Master skills in both Color and Cuts with a tremendous knowledge in the field of advanced Goldwell Color. Nicole has not only mastered blonde tones and multi -dimensional coloring in the Goldwell color line, but is also known for her stacked/a-line bobs and layered cuts with perfect blow out finishing styles. Always upbeat, “Nikki” takes her time to listen to her clients needs and enjoys designing the look you desire. She loves giving her guests the attention they deserve.

Cassandra - Stylist
A new talent in the beauty industry she graduated from cosmetology school in 2009 with excellence. Working in the salon industry prior as an assistant for over 2 years Cassandra obtained her Full Facial Specialist License in 2007. Very artistic, Cassandra loves creating high fashion looks which she learned doing while living in California for 16 years working with ballroom dancers, runway models and beauty pageants. Cassandra enjoys transforming a guest with color, cut and make-up to enhance their best qualities.

Liliana - Nail Technician
Our excellent nail technician joined our team this summer and has quickly built up her repeat cliental. Liliana specializes in all aspects of natural nail care including French manicure& pedicure. She truly enjoys pampering her guests and helping them to relax. Liliana enjoys working each and every day with a positive attitude, offering perfection and quality in the work that she provides to her clients.

Kim - Stylist
Kim’s true love for hairstyling is fueled by a patient, focused desire to create an outstanding style designed just for her guests. Kim cutting techniques whether it is a short haircut or a long layered cut are superb. Kim specializes in making your hair style and hair color the best of today's fashion, at the same time customizing the color and style that is right for you and your lifestyle. With her down to earth approach and technical skill Kim will go the extra mile to spend the time with her guests to make them feel special.

Brynn - Stylist
Originally from New York, Brynn joined our team this year and is proving to be an energetic, positive hair designer, an excellent all round stylist. Brynn focuses her talent on the transformation of you, her guest, not only for your image, but your confidence and your overall sanity! She loves doing hair, both cutting, coloring and has a panache for avant-garde. Brynn is an expert in Goldwell Color, an Aveda Certified Specialist and a Redken Certified Color & Color Correction Specialist. To expand her horizon she worked in N.C. for two years where she prepared runway models for ” Ed Hardy” Fashion Shows. Her fun, passionate and outgoing personality lift up everybody’s spirit and make you feel right at home!
